The Tibetan nuns of Nagi Gompa in Nepal perform songs and dances related to the Tibetan Chod practice. They heard that I studied Kathak Indian dance and asked me to demonstrate some compositions. Here they are trying to learn swift turns!
Arts for Social Change
I sometimes offer flowers and arrange them for the stage and backstage for various benefits and for events with the Dalai Lama. Here friend and dance collaborator Rose Nisker stands with one that I arranged for a Seva Foundation benefit concert in Oakland, California.
