Tsoknyi Rinpoche has an interest in psychology& asked for an Emotional Alchemy tutorial and said that it has helped him meet the individual needs of his students. Here we are exploring developing a workshop integrating Emotional Alchemy with his teachings in the Tibetan Vajrayana tradition.

The Tbetan nuns of Nagi Gompa in Nepal– perform songs and dances related to the Tibetan Chod practice. They heard that I studied Kathak Indian dance and asked me to demonstrate some compositions. Here they are trying to learn swift turns!
